Shareholders
BRB's shareholder base is widely dispersed around the world. It was not until the conversion from bearer shares to registered shares in 2014 that an actual register of shareholders was created. The company now has over 4'300 shareholders.

The General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will be held entirely online on April 30.

Dividend
The Articles of Association do not provide for a dividend.
Share trading
The BRB share is a collector's stock and is also not traded on the secondary stock exchanges. For legal reasons, Brienz Rothorn Railway AG does not hold any shares. The association sells shares from its holdings to interested parties.
Sale
Brienz Rothorn Railway does not currently have an active share buyback program. The shares can therefore only be sold privately.

Conversion and entry in the share register

Transfer shares
If you wish to transfer your shares to another person, you can use and submit the form "Abtretung": Formular Abtretung
Death
In the event of death, the form "Abtretung Todesfall" including copies of the certificate of inheritance and death certificate of the deceased shareholder must be sent to us. Please note that in the case of a community of heirs, all heirs must sign under "der/die Abtretende".

Donation
If you would like to donate your shares to the BRB, the Steam friends association of Brienz Rothorn Railway AG will be happy to take them into its possession. The association regularly receives such donations of shares.
