Connoisseurs can experience a unique concept in a class of its own in and with our Salon Rouge car from the Belle Époque! The excursion starts at the Brienz Rothorn Railway depot with a look behind the scenes and interesting background information. Half an hour later, the train sets off from Brienz with a historic coal-fired steam locomotive and the Salon Rouge. Passing forests and flower meadows with cozy stops along the way and a total of eleven courses, our guests are treated to a full meal in the Salon Rouge - experience gastronomy at its best!
